EtherCAT Seminars across Latin America: Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia

08/2026 | The EtherCAT Technology Group (ETG) will host a series of free seminars in Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia this October, bringing Industrial Ethernet expertise to automation professionals across Latin America.

The program will visit San José, Costa Rica, on October 12, Clayton, Panama, on October 13, and Medellín, Colombia, on October 15, 2026.

The seminars will explore the opportunities and challenges of Industrial Ethernet, with a focus on EtherCAT technology, Gigabit performance, cybersecurity and practical application examples. As traditional fieldbus systems face increasing performance limitations, the sessions will help attendees understand how next-generation communication technologies can support faster, more flexible and scalable automation solutions.

Designed for automation professionals, device manufacturers, system integrators, product managers, decision-makers and students, the events offer an opportunity to learn from EtherCAT experts and discuss the requirements of real-world applications.
