Megatorr Corporation was established in 1998 in Yokohama Japan, by experienced people who had been involved in semiconductor vacuum manufacturing equipment. Megatorr is focusing on the manufacturing, sales and product development of special vacuum pressure control valves and various equipment related to the devices. The APC (Automatic Pressure Control) valves are supplied to the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.
