MELSERVO MR-MD333G-N1

The board-type servo amplifier features MELSERVO-J5 series functions.

MR-MD333G-N1 is a board-type 3-axis servo amplifier that enables more compact machine design when used in a combination with a compact servo motor. With vibration resistance up to 39 m/s2, it can be mounted on moving parts of a machine. MR-MD333G-N1 incorporates the functions of the MELSERVO-J5 series that offers significantly enhanced basic performance, and thereby improves machine performance and productivity. In addition, it features the same tuning functions as the MELSERVO-J5 series, allowing users to select the optimal tuning to meet the machine performance requirements.

• Main and control circuit power supply: 24 V DC/48 V DC
• Power capacity: 10 W to 30 W (24 V DC/48 V DC)
• Vibration resistance: 39 m/s2 in three directions, allowing installation on machine moving parts
• Three axes with a single board, reducing installation space and wiring
• Features quick tuning, enabling the control gain and machine resonance suppression filters to be tuned automatically in 0.3 s after servo-on
