We invite you to participate in the continued Semiconductor Technical Working Group (TWG) device profile and test development work while also covering common topics of interest. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting, hosted by ETG member company Lam Research, Fremont (CA), in USA’s Silicon Valley. Online participation is very welcome, and is planned to accommodate both participation during both the TWG-wide business as well as select Task Group break-out sessions as needed.

Please register for the meeting online as soon as possible. Thanks to Lam Research there is no meeting charge. To be included in individual task group communication register for a task group separately.
