Micross Electronics

Micross Electronics Ltd, trading as Micross Automation Systems, is an automation contractor based in the UK. Established in 1980 as an electronics manufacturer, the company designs, builds and supports bespoke control systems for industrial machinery and plant. Its main market is the commercial laundry sector, which it supplies worldwide with machine and monorail control, sorting, RFID tracking and production monitoring. It also delivers automation projects for automotive, architectural and food manufacturers. In-house capabilities span electronic design, embedded and PC software, control panels, installation, commissioning and through-life support, including control upgrades for existing machinery. Micross is adopting EtherCAT for its next generation of machine controllers.
