i950 cabinet DC-Link

The i950 cabinet DC-Link extends the Lenze servo drive portfolio with a compact solution for demanding multi-axis applications. Designed for machinery where precision, dynamics and synchronization are critical, it combines the proven i950 platform with a shared DC bus architecture for efficient control cabinet concepts.

The integrated DC rail system simplifies energy distribution in the drive network, reduces wiring effort and supports clear, space-saving cabinet layouts. This is especially valuable when the number of axes increases, machines become more modular or compact installation space is required.

With EtherCAT connectivity, modular fieldbus, feedback and safety interfaces, the i950 cabinet DC-Link can be integrated into Lenze and third-party automation environments. It supports scalable machine architectures, flexible motor concepts and a consistent engineering approach from commissioning to operation.

The product range covers 0.55 to 30 kW and provides high overload capacity for dynamic motion profiles, fast acceleration and precise positioning. One Cable Technology, auto-tuning and prepared Lenze FAST application software help reduce installation and commissioning effort.

Typical applications include multi-axis printing and processing systems, automated packaging lines, high-precision cutting and forming machines as well as automated storage and retrieval systems.
