EtherCAT I/O Products, Digital Input, Standard Digital

Digital Input EtherCAT I/O Products are intended for the acquisition of binary signals. Typically, these are mechanical contacts such as break contacts or make contacts, electronic sensors such as inductive proximity switches, optical sensors or other methods in order to generate a low/high signal in the sense of control technology. This signal is transmitted via EtherCAT to the higher-level automation device for further processing. The terminal variants differ by different signal thresholds, number of channels, connection options and/or input filter times. The portfolio is rounded off by additional functions such as XFC (timestamp/oversampling), safety or combined input/output terminals.
