03/2024 | Last week the ETG made its debut at the productronica 2024 in Shanghai, China, showcasing the highlights of EtherCAT technology, signature applications for the semiconductor equipment industry, and presenting the work of the ETG Technical Working Groups in the field of semiconductors.
