Oliver Fels graduated from Furtwangen University at Schwenningen as a Medical Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) and has been employed by Beckhoff Automation since 2007.
He works full time for the EtherCAT Technology Group (ETG) at ETG Headquarters in Germany in the area of Technology Marketing and as a member of the ETG Marketing Committee. Serving as a speaker for ETG at the EtherCAT seminar series worldwide.

Fredrik Eftestøl

Fredrik Eftestøl has worked closely with Beckhoff products since 2014, where he started working as an automation apprentice. There he worked with engineering, cabling, programming, and commissioning in the building automation industry. He started "Forkurs til Ingeniør" course at the University of Stavanger while working in the company. After that he moved on to do commissioning of data centers and hydroelectric plants.
In September 2021, he started working for Beckhoff Automation in the Stavanger branch. At Beckhoff, Fredrik works as an Application Engineer, and mostly solves support cases, but also customer training and helps to make customer-specific applications.
