Ezi-SPEED EtherCAT

The Ezi-SPEED EtherCAT is a BLDC motor speed control system that supports EtherCAT, a industrial network based on high-speed Ethernet (100 Mbps, full-duplex communication). The Ezi-SPEED EtherCAT is an EtherCAT slave module that supports the CoE (CAN application protocol over EtherCAT) protocol. It operates in Velocity Mode, as defined in the CiA402 drive profile, or in Memory Map Mode, which is based on operational data.
Compared to conventional DC motors, the BLDC motor can operate continuously with a constant torque from low speeds to its rated rotational speed. Within the rated torque range, it maintains a stable rotational speed even when the load varies.
