Pyrometers CTi series

The optris CTi is a high-performance industrial pyrometer for precise non-contact temperature measurement in demanding manufacturing environments. This compact infrared sensor combines proven measurement technology with modern connectivity, making it suitable for automation and process control.

The CTi features a modular two-piece design that allows any electronics box to be combined with any pyrometer sensing head without affecting accuracy. This enables fast sensor head replacement and simplified maintenance while maintaining reliable measurement performance.

The rugged sensing head operates at ambient temperatures up to 250°C without additional cooling, supporting use in harsh conditions. Despite its compact size, the CTi offers optical resolution up to 75:1 for accurate spot measurement. A USB-C interface supports commissioning, while configurable analog outputs and digital fieldbus interfaces ensure broad industrial integration. Two isolated relay outputs are included for control applications.
