ETG.5003.2028 Flow Ratio Controller (FRC)
The Semi Device Profile (SDP) ETG.5003.2028 Flow Ratio Controller (FRC) is available for six weeks ETG review. It includes the main document (“DOCX”) in V1.3.0.4 and the object dictionary (“XLSX”) in V0.9.1. The respective test file TF-4828 will be included in the CTT V2.7.x ETG review version.
The description of the FRC including its device structure and default PDO mapping description has been inserted into the existing allover MFC SDP (DOCX). For review are the FRC related parts.
