| The EtherCAT Master
Library is a C++ library aiming at providing an open source
implementation of the master side of the real-time ethernet protocol
EtherCAT. The Flanders' Mechatronics Technology Centre (FMTC) originally developed an EtherCAT master on top the eCos RTOS, but spent a lot of effort in making the library as portable as possible. Currently, there's also a beta version of EML available on top of the xenomai RTOS. All the source code at the EML homepage is available under an open source license. |
