Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is a premier R&D organization under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas. Power Electronics is a major thrust area for C-DAC. Power Electronics Group (PEG) of C-DAC focus on the Power Quality solutions, Power Controllers for tapping optimum energy from Non-conventional energy sources, Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, Automotive Electronics, Systems for Industrial Automation, Digital Controllers and Power Control Systems for Industrial application, Networking of Power Electronic systems and the Development of industrial control products.
