CVD Series Multi-Axis Type
对应EtherCAT的可连接步进驱动器（4轴型）。该驱动对应于 EtherCAT 通信驱动配置文件 CiA402。一台驱动器同时支持2相电机和5相电机（可通过参数设置组合电机）。
该步进驱动器具有捕捉编码器输入的功能、因此可以检测失步并监视位置和速度。具有平滑驱动功能的板式微步进驱动器实现了低振动和低噪音运行。

- DC mode (SYNC0 event synchronization) : 0.5ms,1ms,2ms,3ms,4ms,5ms,6ms,7ms,8ms
- SM2 event synchronization mode : 1ms or more
- Free Run mode : 1ms or more

- Profile position mode (PP)
- Profile velocity mode (PV)
- Homing mode (HM)
- Cyclic synchronous position mode (CSP)
- Cyclic synchronous velocity mode (CSV)
